UK Pensioners who have retired to Canada have suffered a severe loss to their UK State Pension. The following calculations are an estimate of that loss. If a UK pensioner retired before April 2016, this chart shows what that estimate is. In this example, the pale blue line shows the amount of loss for someone who retired between April 1998 and March 1999.
